ok to begin with, this might seem overwhelmingly complex to read, but i promise you it is very smooth and easy when it actually begins...not to mention fun Twisted Evil

1. I, pendragon WILL NOT be taking part, my sole aim and purpose is to set things up and watch them go smoothly, it would not work unless i did this!

2. because of this it is not advisable that we have other admins, they'r wont be anything to administratate unless they do not take part also

3. the information you hold as an admin is the key to the game and so being an admin and a player would be like at a blackjack table and having ex-ray goggles on to see the cards....no fun or skill involved....and on this site...alot less money Razz

4. you do need to create anything on this rp site, that is part of the game

5. remember, intelligence isn't just IQ or vocabulary, it takes skill and a vast ammount of intelligence to fool someone completely, this is as big a part of this game as it is in the anime

6. at all times think like L and kira, it does not help your chances to let your gaurd down or intelligence slip...even for a second...
